Rachel is the person you want involved when the work is complex, the stakes are high and you need a clear, workable plan instead of more ideas.
She brings over 25 years of experience in program leadership, strategic operations and community engagement, with a track record of turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans that help organizations grow, adapt and deliver real results.
Her background spans government, nonprofit and entrepreneurial settings, with a strong focus on building programs that are both people-centered and operationally sound. She’s led large-scale initiatives, managed cross-functional teams and developed systems that support long-term success.
At Profit Rebels, Rachel focuses on helping clients move from strategy to execution so great ideas don’t get stuck in planning mode. She’s especially strong at aligning people, processes and purpose so the work actually moves forward.
Her sweet spot: seeing how the work really happens day-to-day and designing practical ways to make it smoother, clearer and more sustainable.

LAURA BRUNS
Laura is the person you want in the room when there are 37 moving pieces and nobody is quite sure how they're supposed to fit together.
Her career has centered on taking complicated ideas and turning them into things that actually work.
She's built businesses, launched programs, managed large-scale initiatives, designed systems and processes, coordinated teams and stakeholders, and spent years working in environments where there wasn't a ready-made roadmap to follow.
Before Profit Rebels, Laura's work included entrepreneurship, education, sustainability and statewide small-business programming. As a Senior Program Manager with the Colorado Small Business Development Center Network, she supported initiatives spanning 14 centers and managed complex programs involving funding, reporting, professional development, technology and multiple stakeholders.
She also knows business ownership firsthand as a co-founder of Factotum Brewhouse, which she helped operate for six years.
Her sweet spot: seeing the whole picture, finding the thing that actually matters, creating order and getting complicated work moving.
When Laura says, "Okay, here's what we're going to do," things tend to start happening.
